These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Relationale LLC ("Relationale," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of DateAndTimePro.com and all related services, content, calculators, planners, calendars, countdowns, AI assistants, widgets, downloadable materials, and educational resources (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Educational purpose
The Platform is a free educational time intelligence service. It exists to help users better understand and organize time and is not a substitute for official governmental, institutional, legal, medical, financial, or contractual timekeeping. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or circumvent security features.
- Do not misrepresent the Platform as an official source of time, calendar, or holiday information.
- Do not use the Platform in any application where reliance on results could cause physical harm, financial loss, or legal exposure without independent verification.
Intellectual property
The Platform and its content are owned by Relationale LLC and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or internal business purposes consistent with these Terms.
Third-party services and links
The Platform may link to or integrate third-party content, services, or advertising. Relationale does not control and is not responsible for third-party offerings. See our Advertising & Sponsorship Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.
Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TIME, DATE, TIME ZONE, DAYLIGHT SAVING, HOLIDAY, CALENDAR, OR SCHEDULING INFORMATION IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING CRITICAL INFORMATION.
Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, and the other Protected Parties identified there shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to the Platform.

Termination

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
