AI Content Disclosure

How AI assists DateAndTimePro and what that means for users.

Last updated this release

DateAndTimePro.com uses artificial intelligence in limited, well-scoped ways to support its educational mission. This disclosure explains where AI is involved and how users should treat its output.

Where AI is used

  • Ask TimePilot — an in-product assistant that helps users find scheduling, deadline, and time zone information and routes them to the appropriate tool.
  • Drafting assistance — AI may assist editors in drafting explanations or summarizing methodology. All published content is reviewed by humans before going live.
  • Internal tooling — AI may be used to triage user feedback or generate test cases for calculators.

How to treat AI-generated explanations

  • Treat AI-assisted explanations as educational context, not as official guidance.
  • Always verify time, date, holiday, and scheduling information that has legal, financial, medical, contractual, or travel consequences against authoritative sources.
  • AI output should not replace official sources such as governmental calendars, employer policies, or court rules.

Data handling

Ask TimePilot conversations are stored locally on your device by default and are not retained on our servers beyond what is necessary to fulfill the request. See our Privacy Policy.
