We rely on users to help us keep DateAndTimePro.com accurate, current, and useful. This Corrections Policy explains how to report an issue and what to expect in response.
What you can report
- Inaccurate calculations or unexpected results from a calculator.
- Outdated time zone, daylight saving, holiday, or calendar information.
- Broken links, missing pages, or formatting issues.
- Suggested improvements to educational guides, scheduling content, or city hubs.
How to report
Email support@dateandtimepro.com with the URL of the page, the input you used, what you observed, and what you expected. Screenshots or short screen recordings help us reproduce issues quickly.
How we respond
- We aim to acknowledge corrections requests within one business day.
- Confirmed factual errors are corrected promptly, and the page's last-updated date is refreshed.
- Where appropriate, we add a brief note explaining what changed.
- Suggestions that affect methodology are reviewed by the editorial team and incorporated into the next release cycle.
Limitations
Some inputs (for example, future daylight saving rules in jurisdictions where legislation has not yet been finalized) cannot be predicted with certainty. In such cases we document the limitation rather than guess.
