Limitation of Liability

References below to "Protected Parties" mean Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, DateAndTimePro.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Protected Parties").

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROTECTED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE PLATFORM OR ANY CONTENT, CALCULATORS, PLANNERS, CALENDARS, COUNTDOWNS, AI ASSISTANTS, WIDGETS, DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS, OR EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE PROTECTED PARTIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO RELATIONALE LLC FOR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the Protected Parties' liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

You acknowledge that these limitations are an essential basis of the bargain between you and Relationale LLC, and that the Platform would not be provided to you without them.
