Relationale LLC takes a layered approach to protecting information processed by DateAndTimePro.com. This page summarizes the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards we use.
Data minimization
- We collect only the information needed to operate the Platform and deliver requested features.
- Preferences such as timezone groups, recent tools, and chat history are stored locally on your device where possible.
- Authentication and account information is stored in managed, encrypted infrastructure.
Transport and storage security
- All traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS configurations.
- Account credentials and secrets are stored using industry-standard hashing and encryption.
- Backend services run in reputable cloud providers with managed patching and isolation.
Access controls
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel using least-privilege principles.
- Administrative actions are logged for review.
- Third-party processors are bound by written agreements that include confidentiality and security obligations.
Incident response
We maintain an internal process for triaging and responding to security incidents. Where required by applicable law, affected users will be notified in accordance with statutory timelines.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have identified a vulnerability affecting DateAndTimePro.com, please email support@dateandtimepro.com with a clear description and steps to reproduce. We ask that you avoid public disclosure until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
